We appreciate our parents contributing to our school community with all your times and resources. Your efforts greatly benefit every student on our campus. There are many ways to help throughout the school year to fulfill your volunteer hours.
School volunteers are always needed and each family is required to contribute 15 hours of volunteer time for each child (or a total of 20 hours per family) each school year. There are many opportunities available for parents to get involved (e.g., classroom assistance, library duty, fund raising activities, field trip chaperone, etc.). Families who do not fulfill their volunteer requirements will be placed in the lottery for the following school year and will not be guaranteed to have a spot in the school.
All parents wanting to volunteer must be registered with the school according to Lake County Regulations. Volunteers are required to sign in and out of the front office. Visitor badges must be worn and visible at all times.
