We accept cash and checks. Checks must be made out to Imagine South Lake Charter, and should clearly indicate the student(s) name and month of service.
Before and After Care fees are paid on a monthly basis except Drop-In fees, which are due at the time of service. Tuition is due in full on the first Monday of each month for the month you will be requiring care. If payment has not been made in full by the first Friday of that month and students have been attending, you will be charged a late fee of $5 per business day beginning after the 5th day. If no payment is made by the last school day of the month, care for the following month may be denied until all tuition and fees have been paid in full.
After 6:00 p.m., all After Care staff and remaining students will wait in the front office, at which time we will begin to try to reach you and any contacts listed until someone has confirmed that they are on their way. If for some reason you will be late picking up your child, you must notify us as soon as you are aware of your estimated time of arrival. There will be a 10-minute grace period, which is not to be taken for granted. If you are late more than three times in a single term, you will be charged late fees for this time. If you exceed the 10-minute grace period, you will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute, which will include the first 10 minutes, and each minute thereafter. These fees will be added to your next billing cycle and must be paid prior to your student’s attendance. If no one can be reached, and the student(s) remains in our care by 7:00 p.m., we will notify our local police department and the department of child services.
