If you are interested in playing sports for Imagine South Lake, you will first need to complete an Athletic Packet that includes a Sport Physical by a physician and have it filed with the Athletic Department. We CANNOT accept Pop Warner or School Entry Physicals.

Middle School Athletics are competitive and are a huge time commitment. Attendances for practice and fundraisers are mandatory and teams practice every day. Students’ being picked up on time every day is our goal every school year and we are always looking for improvement.
On Game Days, students may stay after school with the team and coaches until it is time for the school bus to take the team to the opposing school. After the contest, the athlete may ride home with their guardian only if they are signed out with a coach.

Cross Country (Boys and Girls)
Cross Country is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain. The course is 2 miles long and may include grass, gravel, hills, and woodlands. It is both an individual and a team sport.
Volleyball (Girls)
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. This year ISL will host four home matches and will play on the road for four contests.
Flag Football (Boys)
Cheerleading
Basketball (Boys and Girls)
ISL will host four home games for both boys and girls and we will travel to four schools for a total of 8 games. Boys and Girls play one after another and with games starting at 5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Soccer Co-Ed (One team)
Middle School Soccer in Lake County is Co-Ed and requires a minimum of four girls on the field at all times. ISL does not host games because our turf field is not wide enough.
When a student plays a varsity sport for Imagine South Lake they are invited to our end of the year sports banquet. This is a special night for our young athletes where we recognize their athletic achievements with awards, food, guest speakers, and a slide show.
Booster Club
The Athletic Booster Club is a group of parents, volunteers, teachers, and administrators working together to promote athletic excellence, good sportsmanship, and character building. The Club has been formed to raise money for our athletic program. Fundraisers are often held to support the teams: supplies, pep rallies, officials, and a sports banquet. So please come out and support our athletes!
If you want to get involved, please email our athletic director Nick Reno.
